Restore purchase

Your subscription is linked with your Hanpath account. If you need help restoring your purchase on a new device, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in on your device with the same Apple ID or Google Play Store ID you used to make your purchase.
  2. In the Hanpath app, log in with the method (Apple Sign in, Google or email) you used to sign up your account.
  3. Go to Me and tap on Restore purchase.

If you are still unable to restore your order and need help, please send us a message directly from the Feedback section of the app and provide a copy of your purchase receipt!
