Sorry to learn that Hanpath Premium wasn't working for you 😢

Usually, all transactions for in-app purchases are non-refundable and there are no reimbursement or credits for partially used periods. If demanded within 48 hours of the order, you may be able to receive a refund on the basis of the purchase details.

If you would like a refund for a Hanpath Premium subscription, please make sure to cancel your subscription before your refund request (cancel instructions here).

In-app purchases are purchased from and invoiced by the corresponding app store, not us. To claim an in-app purchase reimbursement, please contact Google or Apple directly.

Google Play Store (Android)

If you wish to request a refund from Google, please visit Get a refund on Google Play for the instructions.

App Store (iOS)

If you wish to request a refund from Apple, please visit Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple for the instructions.

Please notice that Apple handles all of its subscriptions and sales directly. This means that we are not in a position to refund, cancel or handle accounts created via Apple.
