If you have subscribed to Hanpath Premium, but cannot see your subscription, please try the following solutions:
- Make sure you are logged in with the same account you made your purchase (Apple Sign in, Google or email).
- Try logging out of the app and then logging back in with an internet connection and wait for the app to sync.
- Make sure you are logged in to your phone with the same Google ID or Apple ID that you used to purchase your subscription.
- Tap Restore purchase in the Me section of the app.
