Your subscription is linked with your Hanpath account. If you need help restoring your purchase on a new device, please follow these steps:
- Log in on your device with the same Apple ID or Google Play Store ID you used to make your purchase.
- In the Hanpath app, log in with the method (Apple Sign in, Google or email) you used to sign up your account.
- Go to Me and tap on Restore purchase.
If you are still unable to restore your order and need help, please send us a message directly from the Feedback section of the app and provide a copy of your purchase receipt!
