Purchased premium but can’t see it

If you have subscribed to Hanpath Premium, but cannot see your subscription, please try the following solutions:

  • Make sure you are logged in with the same account you made your purchase (Apple Sign in, Google or email).
  • Try logging out of the app and then logging back in with an internet connection and wait for the app to sync.
  • Make sure you are logged in to your phone with the same Google ID or Apple ID that you used to purchase your subscription.
  • Tap Restore purchase in the Me section of the app.
