If you never created an Hanpath account, but received emails from us, someone else may have entered your email address when they created their account.
Thankfully, since the account was created with your email, you have the ability to take back control by confirming that you are the owner of the email. Please follow these steps:
- Visit hanpath.com and download the application.
- Open the app.
- Tap I have an account.
- Tap Forgot password.
- Reset the account password from the email you'll receive.
- Sign in to the account.
- In the Me section, disable all notifications.
