We're gathering bug reports submitted by users to identify incidents and other problems. Please be aware that bug reports do not always receive a personalized follow-up response, but they are tracked by our team and help us enhance the experience for all learners.

You can send a bug to us directly from the app with these steps:

1. Visit the Me section in the app.
2. Tap Feedback.

Please consider keeping it as comprehensive as possible, including an explanation of the action you took when the problem occurs, as well as capturing a screenshot to be included in the report.
