I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

If you're trying to sign in by email, but forgot your password, you can reset it. 

Follow these steps:

1. Tap I have an account.
2. Tap Forgot password.
3. Enter your email and tap Send.
4. Check your email and follow the instructions.

💡  If you haven't got an email from us, search your spam folder since the message may have been filtered there. If this occurs, consider adding Hanpath as a trustworthy contact, and mark the email as "this is not spam".
